Handley and District Parish Council, is seeking a Part-time Clerk/RFO to work an average of 10 hours each month.
You may already be a Parish Council Clerk looking to take on an additional Council
We hold 6 formal evening Parish Council Meetings each year, additional meetings will be required to deal with Council business.
The successful candidate will be home based with computer skills, you will be the public’s primary point of contact with the council, carrying out tasks as allocated by the council and maintain the council’s accounts. A knowledge of administration and basic finance is required. Preferably, you will have previous experience in a local government or similar role, however, this is not a job requirement and training for this role is available.
